A man in my neighborhood has been building these elaborate shopping cart cargo vehicles, either to carry his worldly possessions or to use as a scrap-hauling cart. He has made several carts, each from mop handles and scavenged lumber, carefully lashed toghether with zip ties and bungie cords. He seems especially interestd in wire baskets to maximize carrying capacity, even if the carts never seem very full when I've seen them.
